  I have had treatment here twice now, once as a private patient and once on the national health. Staff are friendly, waiting times are extremely short, the Doctors / Mr have been excellent. I prefer to be treated here rather than at the local NHS hospital. Had my shoulder opp hear Monday 10th July 2017, once again a professional polite, caring experience from all the staff, having your own room with shower is a real luxury, the whole experience made the not so nice having to have an opp in the first place, almost pleasant. I have to say, pain control afterwards was perfect.

  Would put nil if I could. Was kept waiting an hour to see consultant, no apologies or explanation. Only to be seen by an arrogant, cold and apathetic consultant, no explanation and performed intimate examination without warning. Expected me to know the medical names of medicines I was taking, even though they were in front of him in his notes, that he couldn't be bothered to read. I was told to take a urine sample, yet it was never taken from me or tested. I left there feeling angry and humiliated. Mr A Subramanian. You are a disgrace to your profession. I was visibly upset when I left the consulting room, did anyone care, NO. I had a dreadful experience and would hate any one else to have to go through.

  I was refered here by my doctor to have surgery on my wrist... i have had a problem with my wrist for 10 years only recently has it got worse and some days the pain is unbearable so i seeked medical help.. my doctor did everything she possibly could which sadly resulted in the referral to Spire.. I went out of my way to go here and once i got their i was met by a very rude and dismissive Doctor... (Mr S Ankarath) He told me there was no point doing surgery my problem would sort itself out in roughly 5 years (even though ive already had this problem for 10 years) he didnt care that the pain is unbearable or that my hand has been either numb or tingly for over a year... I left there feeling angry and upset ... I expected a lot better.
